Hi All,

I'm trying to get gene expression data from human cell lines before and after treated with drugs. I understand CMap contains such information, but the number of drugs is limited. Could you recommend other data sources, especially for cancer drugs?

Thanks

I'd start with the Wellcome Trust's genomics of drug sensitivty dataset and the Broad/Novartis CCLE datasets. You may also be interested in Haibe-Kains et al. Nature 2013, which raised concerns about how consistent these two collections are with each other.

Biogps (http://biogps.org) also has a number of datasets of interest in its library (http://biogps.org/dataset/)
