Hi, i am posting on behalf of my sister. She is studying bioinformatics and myself is a bioinformatician. But i never came across the request she made it to me. She is looking for - mass spectrometer neuroblastoma ALK gene data. Deconvoluted data. She just need some sort of data to do analysis based on algorithm she developed. I hope to get help from here. Please advice.
It's not possible to answer your question without more information. If she is looking for observed MS/MS fragment spectra from human ALK gene, this may help.
If she is looking for a theoretical MS1 spectrum for human ALK after enzymatic digestion then there are tools that will do the digest and provide a theoretical peak list spectrum, like this one
