Four Gamete Test

Hello All,

I'm trying to look for any program in Unix / Linux for performing four gamete test across hundreds of ortholog families. I know DnaSP is one of the option on windows platform. But I'm specifically looking for program in unix which can be run from command line. Can any one please suggest any program?
