Hi,

does anybody already tried to configure the sviewer embedded from NCBI (embedded.html) ?

I've read carrefully the documentation (NCBI_Graphical_Sequence_Viewer_Embedding_API.pdf), but something is still not working, and can't find what! ... blank page

if I delete the argument embedded=true, the top links seems available ("Link To This Page | Help | Feedback | Printer-Friendly Page")

Any suggestion ?

Thanks Tof

Hi,

Please use the NCBI Graphical Sequence Viewer home page: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/sviewer/

and submit your feedback at the top right corner with your e-mail, so SViewer team can get in touch with you to review your page. In many cases problem comes from Cross-domain embedding (see page 8 in the API document).

That's what I did and thanks to SViewer group guys, after some checking, my problem was solved. (for those who want to install the SViewer, pay attention to the sv_base_url parameter which requires Internet URL absolute path, and not simple absolute path !)

Hi Tof, Could you post your code here? I seem to have the same problem. Appreciate it.

Can you post the full line of embedding code? It will make it easier to help if we understand the context.

this should be a comment, not an answer
