Bioconductor Ucsc V Ncbi Annotation -Injectsnps

Hi, does some special reason exists why bioconductor uses genome anotation from UCSC BSgenome.Hsapiens.UCSC.hg19

and SNPs from NCBI SNPlocs.Hsapiens.dbSNP.20110815

There seems to be differences when you use function InjectSNPs from BSgenome

Does anybody know this?
