Problem using Krona Phylogeny to make xml file tree, get blank page

I have recently installed Krona as per the instructions on there website, taxonomy files and install them with updateTaxonomy and then install. I then used ImportXML for my file which created the html file. It didn't work at first, so I had to use deployResources with the command ./deployResources.sh /usr/users/cara/Desktop/KronaTools-2.5/src and then after -u in the command perl ImportXML.pl -u http://krona.sourceforge.net COMBINED.xml It just opened a blank page local in the firefox.

I also tried usr/local/bin/ktImportXML -u http://krona.sourceforge.net COMBINED.xml with same results.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be the problem, thanks
