Vienna RNAplex with constraints

Hello,

I would like to use Vienna RNAplex to get the hybridization energy of a small RNA to its target with constraints on seed pairing. I found a format for the input which seems to work and not give the missing constraints error. However the output is not as expected. It seems to ignore the constraint.

Can anyone please provide me with a working example of RNAplex with constraints?
