microarray data analysis from online database

Hello,

I am using the online database to fetch expression profiling but what intensity values should I considered as it is showing large fluctuations for the same replicates like for e.g. ACTR2 showing 8440, 19, 40, 850, 89, 94, 2497. These are MAS5 calculated intensities???
