Can Ion Reporter produce md5 checksums?

Hi Everyone,

I wondered if anyone has any experience of this...

We appear to be having recurrent issues with downloading BAM files from our Ion Torrent server, using the Ion Reporter software.

I would like to verify the files using md5 (or any other checksum) but have been unable to find any information that would help me get checksums from the Ion Reporter software.

Does anyone know if the Ion Reporter suite is able to create checksum files? or if there is another of getting this information without using the CLI (end user has no CLI experience)?
