Methylation analysis using Gene Spring 12x

Hello everyone,

I am using GeneSpring software to analyse methylation data. I've downloaded the data from GEO in text format since its a Illumina file containing ID_REF and Signal values normalised to log2 value. But the data is not loading and Gene Spring is showing "Error 0". How to load and analyse the data?

Please help me out.
