hello everyone one
i am doing microrna prediction target using Miranda. i used the Java based version and i got a long list of hits and no hit for each microrna. i have 63 microrna and 500 3utr sequences.
i want to get only microrna which have hit on utr sequences in form of table using the output file from Miranda tool.
how is it possible to do it?
