Joint Pre-processing of Microarray and RNA-Seq datasets

Hello,

I am trying to jointly pre-process 2 RNA-Seq datasets with 3 Microarray datasets. I would like to normalize, remove batch effects and run limma on the datasets jointly. Is this possible? Are there any packages or available pipelines that enable this? Please advise.
