Dear All,

Is there any tool out there to find the possible ORF in my denovo transcriptome assembly data, which is in fasta format. Also it is not an model organism. I came to see different tools which is available where we can only upload each contigs seperately to find ORF. It would be so easy if any of them accepts entire transcriptome data. If you know any tools which you have used or experimented, kindly share it. Thank you

You can use basically any protein-prediction tool, but also transcriptome specific algorithms, such as TransDecoder have been developed.
