Microarray vs WGS using a real dataset?

Hello,

I'm trying to decide if adding mircoarray for my current low coverage (15x-25x) WGS study would be helpful. Anyone has experience with comparing the two results for a same sample sets please?

Could you elaborate on the goal(s) of your study? By microarray do you mean to quantify gene expression and not an array(chip) for snps/cnvs? In what way do you wish to compare gene expression and whole genome sequence data?
