Fold change query

Hi,

I have a simple question. what does an FC (fold change) of 1 mean?

It means there was no difference. The fold-change of arm2 against arm1 is

(arm2_value / arm1_value).

If you're working with fold-changes though, you might be wise to log transform those changes.
