Softwares To Make Saturation Plot For Codon Postion

Hi

I have a big alignment file of 2 million nucleotides and I want to have a saturation plot for 1st,2nd and 3rd position for the codon.Which softwares i should use. I tried googling it gives DAMBE but that is not working for me . Are there any other softwares
