Conversion from SGN Unigene ID to Ensembl/Entrez Id

Hello,

I am trying to do gene set enrichment for tomato genome. I am using Enrichment Browser tool of Bioconductor. I cannot seem to find a way to map SGN IDs (from Sol Genomics Network) to Ensembl IDs / Entrez IDs / NCBI IDs. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
