Off topic:Importing Vcf File To A Access Database Or A Sql Server Database

I have a VCF4 format file, I imported that file to excel and I deleted the meta information describing each column. Now I have data with respective column headers. Everything looks fine in excel, but when I imported it into Access 2007 or SQL Server table most of the records in many columns are not imported they are just blank. Can anyone please suggest me why this is happening? Is there any solution to import from excel to SQL Server as it is...Thanks!
