I got these results of Tajima's D test by Dnasp. Tajima's D: -1.02669 Statistical significance: *, P < 0.001

Can anyone tell me what does it mean?

Without the basics no one can answer your question. What organism? What ploidy?

I am using diploid as well as tetraploid species of Brassica. But these results are from diploid.
