Download all Biological Pathways present in Biosystem from NCBI

I am trying to do an gene set enrichment analysis on specific gene sets, I tried using Gene Ontology (GO) terms but didn't get anything interesting.

I was thinking in downloading all the gene sets available on the Biosystem (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Structure/biosystems/docs/biosystems_how_to_list_components.html) database.

Is there a way to manually download all these different pathways?

Also, is there any chance I will obtain any other results if the GO enrichment analysis didn't give me anything?

Thank you! But I still can't find the pathways that I wanted to download. I was checking this info (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Structure/biosystems/docs/biosystems_help.html#SourceKEGG ) on Biosystem where they describe the different pathways databases they provide, for instance the KEGG or REACTOME but I can't find that on the ftp.
