Dear all, I have annotated my bacterial genome by NCBI annotation pipeline and I want to assigne automatically COGs catégories (J, A, K..) to my proteins, can someone explain me how can I do, I tried to understand the COG software but it not clear for a beginner as me. Thank you very much in advance for the help.
