Hi,

Do you have any ideas to better represent single cell RNA-seq data and bulk RNA-seq expression data together?

I have expression values of genes (in RPKM) from single cell RNA-seq data for human developmental stages (6 samples). Another sample or condition of expression data of genes (RPKM) from bulk RNA-seq data and want to represent two data together as a heatmap or any better visualisation. The issue here is that there are several genes with zero RPKM or less than 0.1 RPKM in single cell RNA-seq data and comparatively values are larger in bulk RNA-seq data.

Can we do any scaling or normalization so that values are in the same range or comparable.

Thank you.
