Coverage is a unit-less quantity, while centimorgan is a unit of genetic linkage. Thus, it is not possible imo to calculate covarage in cM because they are unrelated.

Coverage is a unit-less quatity, afaik it has nothing to do with centimorgan which is a linkage unit. So the answer would be coverage cannot be calculated in cM because they are unrelated. Homework?

Perhaps the goal is to calculate coverage at each marker on the linkage map. However, more details are needed.
