For instance, I want to get all sequences of rbcL gene that the species belong to angiosperms in Genbank. How to do that? In Taxonomy browser, I could only get all sequence from one taxonomy without gene filter.

Have you tried Homologene: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/homologene/?term=rbcL

Sorry, it's not what I want. I want to get sequences from Nucleotide database, i.e., Genbank.

In Genbank - under nucleotide, for example, you want for Arabidopsis thaliana then just type rbcL gene AND Arabidopsis thaliana [orgn]. you can view all rbcL gene sequences specific to Arabidopsis thaliana. Hope this helps.

What if there was not that gene available on NCBI, but the genomes are a lot, how we can extract that gene from the whole genome
