Hello there,

I'm currently working as an intern in bioinformatics and my task is to build a script that can convert any ChIP-CHIP data from Saccharomyces cerevisiae data file into a bedgraph (UCSC) format for our lab to use internally.

I'm at a point where I have all my data files, but I need to extract extra data from GPL files.

Example of a web page that has all the info I need: GPL6649 .

I am copying all the rows from the viewer and pasting them in a .txt file that I'm importing in my working directory.

Is there a way, through Bash/Shell script or R, to download all the tables?

Please enlighten me,

A new bioinformatics student
