With SMART domain prediction, why is there no expectation value (E) for some domains?

I would expect there to be some expectation value (E) for all predicted domains from SMART. Sometimes there is a very low E value, indicating that the domain prediction is almost certain. Other times, it says N/A instead.

Why is there no E value sometimes and what good is the prediction without it? I could BLAST manually to find the E value, but why isn't it included?
