Finding whole genomes for population of two species which have interbred

I am looking for genomes for multiple individuals in a population. Specifically, I'm looking for 2 populations which have interbred at some point in the past; my aim is to find genomes of individuals who contain sequences from individuals from the sister population. It would be better if all individuals were aligned to a reference genome. I would like to download data for each chromosome. For example, this paper, http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2322973/

indicates there was mating between Heliconius melpomene and Heliconius cydno. However, I haven't been able to find the genomes that the researchers used in the paper. In Materials, they list some sequences, but not whole genomes. Where can I find whole genome data? It can be of any animal. I have looked in NCBI, DataDryad, Ensembl. I have also considered canine data using DoGSD but haven't found genomes of dog/wolf hybrids yet.
