Hi, Everyone, when I using Music to call the smgs, it seems all ok but only one point doesn't work well. when I run the command "genome music bmr calc-bmr", there's one argument"genes-to-ignore", according to the discription, I make a file which containing the genes list dilimited by comma like this, TTN,MUC16,MUC4,RYR2,RYR3,DNAH5,DNAH11,PCLO,CSMD1 and I make sure it's made in UNIX-like enviroment, but the smg file still have these genes,so could you please tell me the reason, any suggestion will be appreciated,thank you!
