Venn diagram for vcf files

Hi

I used vcf-isec commands to generate common variants and unique variant files for two different plant varieties. I got vcf.gz output files. I would like to generate venn diagram for these files. I tried using vcf-isec -p option to generate the venn files. vcf-isec -p command generates files with zero mb.

I also tried another procedure using vcf-compare -p option. this option also generate files with zero mb.

Can any one help me to generate the Venn diagram from the vcf files obtained from vcf-isec to show the common and unique variants for two different varieties.

I would like to know whether the procedure i followed is correct to find common and unique variants.
