i have data of gene matrix with rma normalised values and i want perform PCA analysis. i found one paper publisher parteo scaling before PCA analysis and produced diagram. how to create such figure ( [1]: www.plantphysiol.org/content/164/1/481/suppl) and can any one help. ![supl figureS1.
