In ENCODE eCLIP-seq dataset what does mock input mean?

I found ENCODE project contain hundreds of eCLIP-seq dataset, but some of them are "mock input", what is "mock input" mean? An example one can be found below: https://www.encodeproject.org/experiments/ENCSR167OYL/

If you read the eCLIP paper, you'll find that one of the differences between eCLIP and iCLIP is that eCLIP includes an input control sample. This is 2% of one of the eCLIP replicates before IP is conducted. It provides a size matched control for the distribution of the queried RNA fragments.
