Hi,
I would like to annotate a vcf file based on hg38 with VEP and the LofTEE plugin. However, for LofTEE you need a bgizpped fasta file with ancestral alleles. Currently, I've only found human_ancestor.fa.gz based on GRCh37. Does anyone know where I could get the hg38 version? Does this need to be "liftovered"? Or has anyone done this already?
