Off topic:Megan Crashing With Blastn Data

I can not seem to get either the Linux in Ubuntu 32-bit or Windows in Windows 7 64-bit versions of MEGAN to properly load BLASTn data. I continually get an Invalid startClassificationPos=0 Java IOException. I have attempted fiddling with the JAVAOPTIONS environment variables of the 32-bit Java Runtime Environment and have attempted on several distinct data sets.

I am able to run MEGAN on BLASTx test data sets downloaded from their website. Has anyone else had this problem? Or does anyone know someone I could contact who may be able to assist?

Sorry if this isn't the sort of question usually asked here, I wasn't sure what type of response I would get randomly emailing the developers nor could I tell who I should contact.
