Not an NCBI direct answer but you could create a table using the UCSC table browser, selecting repeats then repeatMasker/microsatellite and regulation then CpG:

Hello rajesh !

In spite of warnings by other mods you continue to post the same question again in new threads: NCBI repetitive sequence It almost sounds like you don't want to do any work yourself but are expecting to be handed a ready to use dataset.

For this reason we have closed your question. This allows us to keep the site focused on the topics that the community can help with.

If you disagree please tell us why in a reply below, we'll be happy to talk about it.

Cheers!
