Hello all
I have a set of ~400 chembl targets for which i want to get all the associated chembl compounds that bind to it in an automated way. I do not want to browse through the database one-by-one, and then download the compounds. I also went to the 'Downloads' section, but did not find any map file which has given a target what are all its associated molecules.
Could you pl. suggest?
