Hello, After alignment and DE analysis of 12 bacteria libraries, I found that approximately 50% of the genes coding for tRNA's are downregulated. I didn't plan on sequencing small RNA's and now I am not sure if my counts for tRNA's are valid or not. I will appreciate any input/advice.
