Off topic:How filter rows in data frame ore matrix with different value in their columns???

Hi everyone I have a data frame (and a matrix because I have made one using my data frame to try to filter easily) with clasification of tumors based on RNA expresion. Some samples are clasificate as a different type of tumor depending on the method that the package of R used (it use a random forest method and a single-sample predictor based on similarity-to-centroid approach, with the Pearson coefficient as a similarity measure) I would like filter this data frame to know what samples don´t have the same classification using both methods (filter by rows whose columns don´t have the same value)
