Hello everyone! I'm working in a project where we want to create an electronic record and incorporate the DNA sequence, anyone know if we want to storage the DNA sequence of our users, we need some type of license?

This depends on local jurisdiction; the policies change by country and province. And I would never personally give my DNA to someone who uses incorrect grammar in their request. It might be helpful if you rethink this and post a well-crafted question some time in the future.

Offtopic, but this is a useful Browser extension to check your spelling and grammar (Free version is good enough). And many users aren't native English speakers, including me. It's harder if you aren't, but there is no good excuse for errors (although I probably occasionally make mistakes myself).
It's still completely unclear who you are, where you are located, and what you want to do. And furthermore, it is important to write professionally if you want to get useful answers. For an English-language forum, that means writing in proper English, regardless of your native language. This forum has numerous users (possibly a majority) that are not English-native. There is nothing wrong with trying and making mistakes. But it's not clear that your original question makes sense in any language. Yes, it's grammatically incorrect and was obviously written rapidly and without much effort, but also, it does not convey much information about the question you are trying to ask. The requirements for storing data depend on the location and type of data. "storage the DNA sequence of our users" - what does that even mean? Is it for medical use?
So, please consider your posts more thoroughly in the future. If you are not adept at English, then I suggest you spend more time crafting a post than you would in your native language. It takes me exponentially more time to write in a non-native language, but if I want to write something in that language, well, I would prefer to spend more time and make my text as clear as possible (even if it's not quite correct) rather than half-ass it and sound lazy.
Edit: I think I've stumbled upon the reason this question irritates me. If you are unwilling to spend any effort when asking a question, why should anyone spend effort in answering it? The more effort you put into a question, the more effort the reader will be willing to put into the answer - not to mention that better questions give the reader greater capability to write a good answer.
