Hi I have done MEDIP-seq analysis and want to plot the data using manhattan plot. I am having a small trouble that the data when I am plotting it gets plotted in the reverse order.

the data i used looks like as below:

SNP CHR BP P zscore DDX11L1 1 10701 0.00016906 5.70E-06 WASH7P 1 14901 0.000338906 1.51E-05 WASH7P 1 19276 0.001516803 0.000167197 1 131951 0.002086638 0.000238678 1 133376 0.001792448 0.000201787 LOC729737 1 136651 0.005064377 0.000616084 LOC729737 1 137751 0.000909136 8.56E-05 LOC100132062 1 326601 0.007220655 0.000892155 LOC100132062 1 327851 3.30E-05 7.67E-07

Can any one kindly suggest how to plot it in the right order. I think it is because of the pvalues. I used "qqman" for plotting.

Thanks
