Anyone know a way to get hold of the full archive manifest for the TCGA legacy archive now at GDC?
From what I can see file manifests created through the data portal are limited to 10K entries but it would be nice if I could just have a copy of the entire thing and create my own download manifests that I then pass to the download tool.
Back when all the data was on the TCGA ftp this kind of custom pull was super simple after crawling through the catalog structure. Now it would seem I have to manually create the manifests in the portal and then pass them to the downloader which is just annoying..
