Im trying to run my featurecount matrix using MBCluster.Seq but im getting error posted below.Total I have six sample with two replicates each.
mydata=RNASeq.Data(count,Normalize=NULL,GeneID)
Error in d0[d < d0] = d[d < d0] :
NAs are not allowed in subscripted assignments
In addition: Warning message:
In data.matrix(Count) : NAs introduced by coercion
Im not sure where Im going wrong ,any suggestion or help would be highly appreciated.
