Hi,
I successfully ran Centipede and have value lists with number of sites in a peak set that contains my motif of interest as well as fitting the foot printing function and getting a certain number of those that have a high Posterior Probability. I would like to export a BED or BED-like file with the locations of the bound peaks but I am not sure how to do so? Thanks for the help!
