Anyone know where I can find a table for nearest neighbor melting temperatures with mismatched primers included. So something like http://www.pnas.org/content/95/4/1460/T1.expansion.html but with AT/TG, AT/TC, AA/GG... etc
Do not want a link to programs that will calculate it for me.
