I downloaded NCI60 proteome profile raw data from following link. (http://129.187.44.58:7070/NCI60/main/download) I converted raw data to mzML files using MSConvert. After that, mzML files were converted mzid files through MS-GF+. Also, Myrimatch was used to make pepXML files from the mzML files. However, the result files (mzid and pepXML files) are not opened with IDPicker. Error message: "Could not compile the mapping document: IDPicker.DataModel.DataModel.hbm.xml" Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
