Relation between binding energy and activation energy

Hello all, I have performed enzyme- substrate and enzyme-product docking and got respective binding energies for each complex. Is it possible to relate those binding energies to activation energies? or how can I deduct and analyse the catalysis reaction with those binding energies? Kindly suggest.
