Closed:Issues with executing on Nexus files with MrBayes

Hello All,

I converted a fasta file of mine to the Nexus format using ALTER (http://sing.ei.uvigo.es/ALTER/). I receive the error below when executing on the full file path of the nexus file. I checked the Nexus file against the issues describes in the manual and it seems to be OK. The sample files from Mr.Bayes work. Does anyone have an idea of what might be the problem? Thank you for your help!

The Error:
