I would like to convert fasPHASE file into vcf file. I tried fastPHASE2VCF.pl implemented in vcf-conversion-tools. But following error occurred. Reading in fastPHASE output file...Error: Original number of sites does not match output number of sites in fastPHASE files!
I checked these files but number of sites really matched output number of sites in fastPHASE files.
Could you tell me what is wrong? Or can you tell me an alternative way?
