integrate pharmGKB data with annovar

Is it possible to integrate PharmGKB data with annovar? Have others done this, I am trying to do so and wanted to ask. Thank you :).

I have used pharmGKB, but doesn't their website give all of the annotation information that you need? Why would you require ANNOVAR?

In any case, you can download the pharmGKB data in TSV format (per gene, I believe - see here: https://www.pharmgkb.org/downloads) and then convert it into ANNOVAR format by taking a look here: http://annovar.openbioinformatics.org/en/latest/user-guide/input/#format-conversion
