Sense strand predict toll

Hello!!! There are some toll I can predict or to know the sense of my sequences(they came from sanger sequencer) and now I need to edit and discover the sense of the strand!!!

yes,i'm working with cDNA,cuz my sequences came from ssRNA- virus
