I'm trying to find the GO terms for my bacterium on AmiGO, but my organism is not listed in the species list. I've tried other websites with the same issue; any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?

Not my area of expertise but you could try to get a list gene in your bacteria. Then use that list along with the most closely related nacteria that does exist in AmiGO to do what you intended. I am sure if there is an easier way that someone will offer up.
